Appointment of 1st Vice President IPO Section Kenya

The International Police Organization President Zivotic sends his congratulations to Mr Fredrick Mulandi Mbs Ogw and recognizes him as the 1st Vice President of IPO Kenya who will be in the forefront to officially represent IPO and its values to the Government and all the people of Kenya.

Mr Mulandi who at one time was short listed for the IG appointment although retired now is actively involved in many other organizations security related as well as being a valuable advisor to the National Security Council and a member of task forces from time to time appointed by H.E. The President of the Republic of Kenya.
