IPO IN ALBANIA IMPORTANT COPERATION AGREMENT
After the approval of the cooperation agreement between "SHKBB" the Internal Control Service in the Prison System, an Institution subordinate to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Albania, and the International Police Organization IPO HQ with the aim of increasing the capacities of SHKBB employees according to the field of activity, was concretized with the signing of the cooperation protocol in the field of training.
The cooperation protocol was signed by the Executive President of IPO Headquarters Dr. Mareglen Tomori and the Director of the Internal Control Service in the "SHKBB" Prison System, Mr. Klevis Qose, where a high-level training program was designed and implemented by the IPO instructors for the "SHKBB" employees on the topic "Leader and Leadership" Direction, Coordination, Prevention, and Negotiation in situations emergencies and natural disasters in the prison system.
The training took place in the premises of the Directorate of Internal Control Service in the Prison System in Tirana by the Italian Chief Instructor of the "RDMU" Risk and Disaster Management Unit of IPO HQ and IPO Section Italy, Disaster Manager Di.Ma. Prof. Dr. Francesco Menga and the Executive President of IPO Headquarters the Criminologist Dr. Mareglen Tomori.
The object of this training was the development and increment of the leadership capacity of "SHKBB" employees and the knowledge of managing emergency situations or natural disasters in the prison system.
At the end of the training, the employees of the "SHKBB" were certified for the knowledge gained from this training.
In compliance with the cooperation protocol between IPO HQ and SHKBB, are programmed many other training programs which will be continuously developed by IPO instructors with different topics according to the needs of the management administration and employees of SHKBB.
