The high-level institutional event featured addresses by Hon. Lorenzo Guerini, President of COPASIR; Prefect Vittorio Rizzi, Director of the Department of Information for Security (DIS); Hon. Gianni Letta, President of the Jury; and Prof. Mario Caligiuri, President of the Italian Society of Intelligence (SOCINT).

The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Ugo Madé, President of IPO Section Italy, and Ms. Ombretta Romano, Secretary General of the International Police Organization (IPO HQ), reflecting the attention of the international IPO network to issues related to security, cooperation, and the promotion of intelligence culture.

Speakers underscored the strategic value of intelligence as an essential pillar of national security and institutional stability. In its most modern and elevated conception, intelligence was described not as an instrument of power, but as a fundamental function of the State serving institutions and citizens.
