IPO SECTION KENYA HUMANITARIAN ACTIVITY

The International Police Organization - IPO Section Kenya together with the Counter Crime Intelligence Organization CCIO Delegation Kenya, embarks on a Heartfelt Donation drive for Mama Fatma Goodwill Children's Home

In a poignant display of solidarity, the International Police Organization - IPO Section Kenya, under the leadership of President Andrew Kerr, commenced the new year with a benevolent initiative, on the 12th of January 2024, we spearheaded a donation drive for Mama Fatma Goodwill Children's Home in Eastleigh, an event impeccably organized by Mr. Anwar Shakur.

Accompanied by a dedicated delegation comprising Mr. Guy Richards, Mr. Dipesh Luhar, and Mr. Sheel Shah, we exhibited our commitment to community welfare by contributing essential items. The donation included dry food staples such as flour and cooking oil, as well as crucial personal hygiene products, reflecting a compassionate response to the immediate needs of the children.

The backdrop of the event is set against the disconcerting rise in orphan statistics within children's homes across Kenya. Recent figures underscore an alarming increase, emphasizing the urgent necessity for collaborative efforts to support these vulnerable members of society.

Mama Fatma Goodwill Children's Home, a beacon of hope in Eastleigh, has served as a sanctuary for numerous children, offering them solace and support. The IPO's donation drive not only addresses the immediate needs of the institution but also sheds light on the persisting challenges faced by such vital establishments.

We are delighted to announce that the IPO Headquarters has prepared certificates of appreciation and we couldn't wait to express our deepest gratitude to all our dedicated members and well-wishers. Your unwavering support and generous contributions made the recent drive for Mama Fatuma Goodwill Children's Home a tremendous success.

Each certificate symbolizes not just a piece of paper but a testament to the collective compassion and commitment that our community embodies.

Thank you for embodying the spirit of giving and making a positive impact on our community. We are truly grateful for your support and look forward to continuing our mission of making a difference together, said the President of IPO Section Kenya Mr. Andrew Kerr at the conclusion of the activity.

This initiative serves as a testament to the profound impact of collective compassion in building a stronger, more supportive society.
