President's order


On January 28, 2020, based on Article 12 of International Police Organization's statute, I make the following decision. Sir Bismark Epoch Enongene, born in Cameron on May 27, 1977 is appointed to the post of Advisor to the President of IPO for Africa. Mr. Bismark is the president of the VICKY EBUDE FOUNDATION UNLUS charity in Udine, Italy.
