IPO MONTENEGRO ATTENDS 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ARMED FORCES IN MILAN

The Secretary General of the International Police Organization of Montenegro, Mr. Boris Janković, attended the official ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the Armed Forces, held in the capital of Lombardy – Milan.



The ceremony brought together high-ranking officials from numerous countries, representatives of international organizations, and members of the diplomatic corps, adding further significance to this historic jubilee.


This highly important anniversary was commemorated through a series of events that paid tribute to the military forces for their centuries-long service, dedication, and contribution to the preservation of peace and stability, both nationally and internationally.


 During the ceremony, memories of key moments in the history of the armed forces were evoked, with special recognition given to soldiers and officers who made immeasurable contributions during the most challenging times. The program was enriched by a ceremonial parade, wreath-laying, and cultural and artistic performances that honored the rich tradition and patriotism.


The presence of the representative of IPO Montenegro reaffirms the organization's commitment to strengthening international cooperation and sharing experiences in the field of security and defense.
