IPO NORTH MACEDONIA SIGN A MEMORANDUM WITH THE VOLUNTEER MOUNTAIN RESCUE SERVICE “OSOGOVO”

The President of the International Police Organization – IPO North Macedonia, Mr. Sejfulla Bekteshi, held an official meeting with representatives of the Volunteer Mountain Rescue Service “Osogovo” from Kochani. During the meeting, the parties signed an official Memorandum of Cooperation, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two institutions.

The memorandum outlines a joint commitment to coordinate, plan, and implement activities and projects of mutual interest, with a strong focus on safety, education, protection, and rapid response in emergency situations.

The main objectives of the memorandum include:

• Developing and implementing joint programs in prevention, safety, and education;

• Organizing joint trainings and field exercises;

• Carrying out joint actions to protect citizens and natural resources;

• Preparing and executing national and international projects in the areas of security, humanitarian work, civil protection, and mountain rescue.

This collaboration represents an important step toward strengthening joint efforts and contributes to building a safer, more resilient, and well-organized society.
