THE 4th INTERNATIONAL IPO CONGRESS 2025, VALLETTA, MALTA

On 4 October 2025, Valletta, Malta hosted the 4th International Congress of the International Police Organization IPO, a major event that brought together security professionals, international experts and IPO members from around the world.

The Congress focused on international cooperation in security, addressing global challenges such as migration, cybercrime, terrorism and the integration of new technologies into law enforcement and public safety systems.

Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in discussions on a wide range of topics, including crisis management, border security and the evolving role of law enforcement agencies in addressing contemporary threats. The event highlighted the importance of professional training, sharing best practices and building strong international networks to foster cooperation among security institutions.

Interactive sessions allowed participants to share experiences, explore innovative solutions, and gain insights into strategies for maintaining public safety in an increasingly complex world.

The Congress concluded with a certification ceremony that recognized participants’ contributions and commitment to the IPO’s mission to promote a safer, more secure, and more sustainable world.
